Frequently asked questions
- Do you accept insurance?
- We do not accept insurance. We can provide a Superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed, so please ask your insurance company whether acupuncture is covered under your plan.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
- Cash, check, credit and debit cards, and Venmo for all services. We also accept HSA and FSA for acupuncture services.
- How many treatments will I need?
- Everyone responds differently to acupuncture. The length and frequency of appointments depends on the individual, and Zoe will talk through a plan with you at your first visit.
- Are you board certified?
- Yes. Zoe is nationally board certified and licensed in the state of Minnesota.
- Do you offer gift certificates?
- Yes. Email zoe@anandanaturalmedicine.com with the gift you have in mind — a dollar amount, or any wellness service of your choice. Not sure what to give? Email us with any questions and we will help find the right gift.
- Where do I park?
- Street parking out front. The studio is at 10220 Park View Circle, Bloomington, MN 55431.
